ICGN Global Stewardship Disclosure Awards

The ICGN Global Stewardship Disclosure Awards recognise investors whose public disclosures provide genuine insight into their stewardship policies, how the policies have been implemented, and their commitment to transparency and reporting to provide a model that other investors might follow.

Open to ICGN Members and Non-Members alike, the Awards are relevant to all asset owners and managers, irrespective of their size or location. The Award categories are tiered by the size of assets under management, measured in British pound sterling. 

There are four separate awards in this category;

• Asset Owner (>£60 billion AUM)
• Asset Manager (>£60 billion AUM)
• Asset Owner (<£60 billion AUM)
• Asset Manager (<£60 billion AUM)

The ICGN Global Stewardship Disclosure Awards are awarded every 2 years, with the next set of Awards to be chosen in 2024.

The previous winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges and announced at the ICGN 2022 Proxy Season Review on November 16th 2022.
