Membership Categories & Fees - 2024
ICGN welcomes all those with an interest in promoting high standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship. ICGN members pay an annual subscriptions effective 01 January. The level of fee is dependent on the following membership categories:
- Investors, whereby organisations are subject to fees by size of assets under management;
- Non-investors, whereby for-profit organisations are charged by number of employees;
- Non-investor, whereby non-profit organisations are charged a flat fee;
- Individuals (possibly retired), who must demonstrate that they are not funded by an organisation (i.e., have no affiliated employment) and are charged a flat fee.
